With over 37 years of industry-leading experience, Tim Jennings is a hands-on master carpenter with extensive experience in structural building and high-quality residential remodeling. As the owner and operator of his company, Tim brings craftsmanship, precision, and integrity to every project he leads.

Raised in Northern Illinois, Tim has called Colorado home for the past 30 years. His deep appreciation for Colorado living is reflected in both his work ethic and lifestyle. He has been married for 25 years to his high school sweetheart and is a proud father of twin daughters. Family is at the core of everything he does, shaping the values of honesty, commitment, and attention to detail that define his business.

With a degree in Business Management, Tim combines practical field expertise with strong operational leadership. His hands-on approach ensures every project meets the highest standards of structural integrity and finish quality.

Outside of work, Tim enjoys taking full advantage of Colorado's outdoors — from water sports to snow skiing and everything in between.
