Remaster Renovations completed a full remodel in Greenwood Village, CO that combined multiple home upgrades into one cohesive project. The scope included a garage addition, new siding, a patio cover, an outdoor living area, and a primary suite walk out deck. Our goal was to create more usable space, improve curb appeal, and deliver a practical, stylish result the homeowners could enjoy every day.

The garage addition provided the homeowners with extra storage and a more modern garage layout. We handled the design-build process from initial plans through construction, coordinating closely with the homeowners to make sure the garage fit the look and flow of the house.

On the back of the house we built an outdoor living space that includes a covered patio area. The patio cover gives year-round use for the yard, offering shade in summer and shelter during light rain. The covered area connects to the main living areas, making it easy to move between indoor entertaining and outdoor relaxation.

Connected to the primary suite, a walk out deck was added to give direct outdoor access and a private area for the homeowners to enjoy. The deck was designed to be functional and complementary to the rest of the remodel, providing a quiet spot that opens onto the new backyard space.

Because this was a multi-part remodel, our team focused on sequencing work to minimize disruption and keep the project on schedule. We used a design-build approach, which allowed design decisions and construction steps to be coordinated from the start. That approach helped control costs and stay within the homeowners’ stated budget while maintaining quality workmanship throughout.
